  • Provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys, managing competing priorities, deadlines, and workflow in a dynamic litigation practice.
  • Prepare, proofread, edit, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage document production, file organization, and electronic records using iManage or similar document management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Handle extensive e-filing in administrative, state, and federal courts while ensuring compliance with applicable court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
  • Coordinate legal calendaring through Juralaw and other court rules-based calendaring systems, including scheduling appointments, deadlines, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, attorneys, and internal staff while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to support efficient case management, proactively anticipate needs, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and contribute to a seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary supporting multiple attorneys.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, legal calendaring, and litigation support processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Coyote timekeeping, iManage or similar document management systems, and PDF creation/editing.
